The Partners
Pirjo has substantial experience from international business, risk management and financing, including investment, working capital, export and project financing. She has led global multicultural teams and worked in Nokia´s and Microsoft´s Sales, Finance and Treasury Management teams in Finland and abroad. Before joining the corporate world Pirjo worked as a Senior Underwriter for a financial institution. She has also contributed in various Advisory and Executive Boards.

Nicholas has broad experience in banking, capital markets, and financing of infrastructure and exports. He has lived and worked in 6 countries and performed transactions and advisory work in in dozens of countries with governmental and corporate clients. He was 12 years was with Swedish Export Corporation (SEK) as head of SEK’s Advisory Services. Previously to that post, Nicholas was President & CEO of Municipality Finance Plc., in Helsinki, as well as holding senior positions with Banque Indosuez in Singapore, Paris and New York.

Tarja has long experience in international and domestic project financing from senior positions at the Finnvera and Nordic Investment Bank (NIB). Tarja has been engaged in providing financing for infrastructure, telecom, energy and environmental projects in Asia, Latin America, Africa and Europe. Her experience covers export and domestic financing, including complex project finance and PPP-structures. Tarja is a strong, experienced and target oriented negotiator, providing professional support for her clients.
